Our Purity Guarantee
At Goushakti, we take immense pride in the purity and quality of our A2 Desi Cow Ghee. Since our products are food items and are handcrafted in small batches to ensure excellence, we have a specific policy regarding returns and exchanges.
Return Policy
- Opened Products: Due to the perishable nature of ghee and food safety standards, we cannot accept returns for jars that have been opened or had their security seal tampered with.
- Timeframe: Returns for unopened products are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a package that is damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item, we will replace it immediately at no extra cost to you.
Action Required:
Please take a photo of the damaged package/item and email it to us at info@goushakti.net within 24 hours of delivery.Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@goushakti.net.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days.
