Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only for damaged products during transit or if the incorrect product was shipped.
• To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate the request within 24 hours of delivery.
• Refunds will not be issued for tastes or preferences as our A2 Ghee is a natural product and may vary slightly in aroma or texture per batch depending on the forest forage of our cows.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved after inspection of the evidence provided (photos/videos of damage), your refund will be processed.

The refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. Please note that banks and card issuers may take additional time to reflect the balance in your account.

Cancellation Refunds

If an order is cancelled before it has been shipped, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
